John T. McCreery, AIA has a rich and diversified professional and creative history. He has architectural practice successes at all levels of project development: conceptualization, programming, design, document production, specifications, and construction administration. The work of McCreery Martindale Architects was signified by a strong emphasis on innovative design of residential, religious, commercial and industrial buildings and interior environments. Mr. McCreery continued his pursuit of excellence in design as an educator and in creative collaborative conceptual environmental design works. His work with Fanning Howey Associates led to transformative prototype designs in the K -12 and University design industry in Ohio.

Mr. McCreery has been responsible for the conceptualization of design process development methodologies in programming analysis and systems integration. His responsibilities include: design, project coordination, program development, systems analysis, space planning, scheduling and document production and process management.

Mr. McCreery has been instrumental in the design and conceptualization of projects from sub-class 100 clean room environments for the micro-electronics industry, to participatory works of public art. In industry he has supervised the development of prototype installations, resulting in new standards of excellence in design, cost-effectiveness, and operations. In education he has managed leading edge installations challenging the foundations of our thinking about the building experience, permanence, time, stasis, materiality and human participation in place making.
