MyInfo

The MyInfo page will provide access to course information and schedules, faculty services, advisory services and employee services.

Use the 'Faculty Services' tab in MyInfo to access the following commonly used forms:

  • I-Grade Deadline Extension Request

Course Management - Brightspace

Resources for Brightspace course management software (formerly D2L) includes Resources for Brightspace for password and general help information as well as  Brightspace Basics for Instructors Resources, which includes tutorials and Instructor FAQs.

Chrome River

Chrome River is the travel and P-card expense management system for all four MSU campuses. 

Chrome River is a web-based application that allows users access across all devices - desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones - allowing users to capture expenses and upload receipts while on the go.  Chrome River's business rules engine and in application assistance will help catch and correct errors early - preventing delays in processing for travel and purchasing card expenses.

Video Conferencing - Webex

MSU provides Webex, a video conferencing system, for faculty and staff to conduct online meetings, workshops and classes..

Lecture Capture - Panopto

MSU provides Panopto, a lecture capture system, for faculty to create videos and course tutorials.

Cloud Storage - OneDrive

MSU provides access to Microsoft OneDrive storage space for faculty and staff.

Online Survey Tool - Qualtrics

MSU Library provides access to Qualtrics--an online survey for faculty and staff. Qualtrics can be used to build, distribute, and analyze surveys.

Faculty Activities and Reports - Watermark

MSU utilizes Watermark Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) as a tool for faculty to organize and create reports of their teaching, scholarship and service. Watermark is used for annual reviews , website profiles, and curriculum vitae.
